Courtney Humble approaches litigation with an emphasis on thorough preparation and effective advocacy. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to both a civil and a criminal judge at Louisiana’s Fourth Judicial District Court. There, she gained firsthand experience with the litigation process and insight into how courts analyze complex legal and factual issues.

Ms. Humble’s practice focuses on real estate litigation and complex business disputes. Her experience working within the judiciary, combined with her extensive advocacy background, shapes her approach to developing thoughtful litigation strategies and effectively advancing her clients’ interests.

Ms. Humble earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University, with minors in Chemistry and Kinesiology. She received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where she was actively involved in Moot Court and Trial Advocacy and competed in advocacy competitions at both the regional and national levels. During law school, she was a semifinalist in the Stetson National Pretrial Competition, where she received the award for Best Movant’s Memorandum of Law. She was also a finalist in the ABA Arbitration Regional Competition, competed in the ABA Arbitration National Competition, and was a two-time competitor in the National Trial Competition. She was later named Best Advocate at the Top Gun Trial Skills Academy. Ms. Humble is licensed to practice law in Texas.
